The developer beta
These terms govern your use of Nimles during the closed developer beta: the portal, the API, the MCP server and the documentation, provided by Cloud Technologies ([legal entity name], org. no. [org. no.], Sweden). By signing up you accept them.
Access
- You need an account with a verified email address, and developer-beta access granted by a Nimles platform administrator. We may grant, refuse or revoke beta access at our discretion. The tenants you created stay yours if access is revoked, but you can create no new ones.
- You may create up to three tenants of your own. The beta is for building and evaluating. [Whether production use is allowed during the beta is to be decided.]
- Keep the secrets of your API keys on a server. You are responsible for everything done with your account and your keys.
Your content and data
What you put in your tenants stays yours. You grant us only what is needed to run the service: to store, process and serve it to you and to the people you give access. You are responsible for the content and the personal data in your tenants, and for having the right to process them. Our privacy notice says how we handle personal data.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nimles for anything unlawful, to harm others, to send unsolicited mail, or to probe, overload or circumvent the platform's security or limits. The limits of the beta are published in the documentation and may change.
A beta service, as is
Nimles is provided as is during the beta. APIs, services and limits can change, and the beta services can change more than the launch ones. We may interrupt, change or end the beta, or delete beta tenants, with [notice period] notice. We do not promise availability or data retention, and we are not liable for loss or damage from using the beta, to the extent the law allows.
Fees
The developer beta is free of charge. [Pricing after the beta is not decided.]
Ending
You can stop using Nimles at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [contact email]. We can end your access if you break these terms.
Law
